In this innovative event we take open water swimming to the next level by adding outside, expert-led yoga classes designed to maximize your body's ability in the water and recovery thereafter. We’ll prepare your body and mindset for stronger swims, a more enjoyable experience out in the water and a great overall day out in the sun.
POST RACE RECOVERY
When you take care of participants at your events, the event naturally grows as something people want to be a part of. This program is designed to take place at triathlon, duathlon and running events. I provide wind-down, post-race recovery sessions and classes to ensure participants recover from racing in the safest way possible. Event leaders often forget that the pre and post-race care is equally as important as the event itself. Set your event apart with expert care and attention.
